Terms and Conditions

1. You must register on bm.acquire.co.nz (here) before the end of November 2006
2. The TLC World for Free offer entitles the bearer and travelling companion to one week’s holiday accommodation in a selection of destinations throughout Australasia and the rest of the World, subject to the chosen destination being available. Up to 2 additional guests or family members may also be accommodated on request at no additional cost to you, subject to the availability of sufficient space.
3. The accommodation provided is a fully furnished and equipped apartment. Some resorts may offer compulsory half-board or all-inclusive packages at special rates, payable at the resort. Meals, transport (including flights, transfers, airport tax) and personal expenses are not included. You may be required to contribute to resort utility charges for electricity, telephone and water. You will be advised in advance of these requirements, prior to booking.
4. Resorts often have on-site facilities although there is no guarantee these will be available all year round.
5. All passengers must be responsible for purchasing adequate travel insurance before travelling.
6. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment during your stay and the resort may ask you for a breakage deposit upon arrival.
7. The accommodation must be booked within 12 months of receipt of your booklet and individual code being received. Records of the dispatch date will be kept by TLC.
8. Please remember that availability will be extremely limited during school holidays and peak seasons. All accommodation is strictly subject to promotional availability.
9. To be eligible to redeem the TLC World for Free offer you must be over 18 years of age (21 if travelling to the USA).
10. TLC World for Free reserves the right to reject any applications submitted in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
11. The individually coded voucher is not transferable to another party and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash or credit alternative is available. There is a strict limit of one booking made per resort per voucher and per household.
12. Upon receipt of your correctly completed registration and once an accommodation reservation has been made, you will be contacted within 7 days to discuss and confirm your World For Free booking. Written confirmation will then be dispatched to you detailing your booking details.
13. Whilst TLC World for Free will endeavor to match one of your selected dates and destinations, all accommodation and dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Alternatives will be sourced wherever possible by the booking team.
14. Booking requests may only be accepted in the advance booking timescales. Bookings for certain destinations may be based on late availability. The promoter reserves the right to replace the offer with another of greater or equal value.
15. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements.
16. There will be a mandatory AUS $400.00 charge if a booking is cancelled OR a mandatory AUS $200.00 charge if a booking is amended. TLC World for Free reserves the right to charge AUS $600.00 per apartment if you fail to check-in on your chosen date with the exception of exceptional circumstances that are not within your control. This cancellation policy only applies to the accommodation booked through TLC World For Free. Any other travel elements (e.g. flights, insurance, transfer) booked by a customer will be subject to that supplier’s standard terms and conditions.
17. All passengers should ensure they have a valid passport and any visas required by the country of destination.
18. TLC World for Free, the promoter, its agents and distributors cannot accept responsibility for any failure on your part to present the resort confirmation forms on check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance.
19. Additional accommodation may be booked at selected resort apartments per week (for up to 4 people).This is strictly subject to the availability of additional accommodation at the time of booking. Charges for additional accommodation will be advised at time of booking.
20. TLC World for Free reserves the right to make minor changes to this offer at any time after publication in print and on the internet, subject to your statutory rights.
21. TLC World for Free reserves the right to pass your information to third parties for the purpose of this promotion.
22. The TLC World For Free Booklet, and these Terms and Conditions contain all of the terms and conditions of this promotion, and cannot be varied by oral representation. No claims will be honoured or acknowledged outside of these terms and conditions. The submission of a completed registration amounts to acceptance of these terms and conditions and to their interpretation under law.
23. Neither TLC Promotions & Incentives Pty Ltd nor its agents and distributors will have any liability in relation to this promotion.
24. The promoter is not obliged to enter into any correspondence regarding this promotion.
25. The promoter accepts no responsibility for voucher booklets lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
26. TLC World for Free holiday accommodation may only be issued by TLC Promotions and Incentives Pty Ltd upon receipt of the completed registration questionnaire.
