Add two Intel® Xeon® E5 family processors up to twenty-four DDR3 DIMMs and eighty PCIe 3.0 lanes and this system becomes a powerful core for your most demanding data-center needs.

With support for up to two Intel® Xeon® E5 processors twenty-four DDR3 memory DIMM slots up to twelve 3.5" hard drives or twenty-four 2.5" hard drives and six PCIe 3.0 slots plus optional redundant 750 W power supplies the R380 F2 can be configured for any enterprise or high-performance application.

Energy-saving technology
As with all Acer rack servers the R380 F2 uses only 80 PLUS certified power supplies. This server is equipped with up to two 750 W 80 PLUS Platinum-level power supplies low-voltage memory modules and the latest power-saving chipset technology to deliver maximum performance with minimum power-draw.

Robust I/O expandability
Qualified to work in any environment the R380 F2 is tested to work with gigabit and 10 gigabit Ethernet connections fibre channel and even high-performance InfiniBand™ at both QDR and FDR levels. Plus the optional I/O modules can be equipped for dedicated iKVM remote management or additional LAN connectivity saving customers valuable PCIe expansion.
