AXIS Q7414 Video Encoder Blade enables four analog video channels and four audio channels to be converted into multiple, individually configurable, digital streams with high quality H.264 video and AAC audio in a rack-based IP-Surveillance system. When used with AXIS Q7900 Rack solution, up to 56 analog video channels and 56 audio channels can be supported in one rack. AXIS Q7414 offers H.264, enabling great savings in bandwidth and storage without compromising image quality. Motion JPEG is also supported. Other features include video motion detection, active tampering alarm, audio detection, inputs/outputs to external devices and phantom power for balanced microphones.
